Dr. Terri Daniel, founder of The Afterlife Conference and The Conference on Death, Grief and Belief, is a hospice end-of-life educator and grief counselor in Portland, Oregon. She will be discussing her extraordinary workshop called THE DEATHBED DRESS REHEARSAL, a role-play exercise in which participants explore the experience of a dying person and the people gathered at the bedside, including an escort who appears from the other side. This practice comes from the death traditions of the Quero shamans of Peru, and Dr. Daniel has used it to train hospice workers, psychologists, death studies students, and spiritual seekers worldwide.
