Hurray for Spring, smell the flowers and feel the love growing around you.

Hurray for Spring, smell the flowers and feel the love growing around you.

I’m betting that, like me, you’re getting excited watching the grass turn green, seeing buds on the trees, and quite simply noting Mother Nature do her thing. I’m constantly amazed how anyone could question the existence of this greater energy or God’s consciousness while seeing the beauty of Nature.

Ever watch children running in the woods, or on the beach with huge smiles on their faces beaming? Let’s not forget watching a sunset or sunrise, and a campfire under the stars. Human beings have felt a sense of awe.

If children know the amazing connection, take them to the beach, hike a mountain, watch a sunrise or sunset, and don’t forget the stars. Because even if you don’t see those changes, we know new things are there!

{{{{{Drum roll}}}}} For we are now officially in Aries, the first sign in the zodiac, and not surprisingly things correspond with March 21st and the Vernal Equinox.

Most of you know that I’m an astrologer buff, and I’m big on birthdays. Thus, if you are so inclined, check out your new solar chart to reflect your new personal solar year. Hint: Jupiter is in the air for Aries which certainly should entice you to check with your personal astrologer.

I of course would be remiss if I didn’t mention that April has many “religious” holy days, like Passover and Easter, here in the US.  Much of the reflections of Spring celebrations and beginnings are set with food traditions. Eggs are set at the table for Easter; and Seder, lambs and greens are served at both celebrations.  Yes, a table with lots of food, each reflecting both Easter and Passover. A time-honored tradition with many dinners for friends and family.

Easter is another wonderful holiday that all children love. Easter egg hunts are still very popular, certainly everywhere and in rural towns, and of course there is a whole history of the Easter Bunny.
The Easter Bunny was reportedly introduced to America by the German immigrants who brought over their stories. The decoration of eggs is believed to date back to at least the 13th century.

I’m mentioning Easter bunnies, in particular, their connection is Spring. There is a subtle religious connection such as with Passover and Judaism, and Easter for Christianity.

Spring is probably the closest favorite season for many. This Spring, I’ll be stepping out to do some in-person events. Thomas and I are coming back to Tarrytown, New York on Thursday, April 20th and Baltimore, Maryland on Sunday, April 23rd.

Would love to see many of you since you’ve been in “hibernation” over the last few years. I love connecting and have missed it since our last huge snowstorm! Truly looking forward to seeing you and re-connecting.

I know I’m not the only one, but just saying, the seeds are in my little greenhouse and starting to spring up….Awesome!

I love Spring, life, energy, and green everywhere! Amazing!

Warmly,

Suzane
